7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to have a meaningful experience with DeepRamadhan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
- You provide the order number or the email used for the transaction.
- The account has not been flagged for violations of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Since Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, you can request a refund either through their support or by contacting us directly:
- Email us at akhi@deepramadhan.app with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include your order number (provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- Once verified, we will trigger the refund through the Lemon Squeezy platform.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is initiated:
- The funds are returned to the original payment method used.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- Your license access to DeepRamadhan will be automatically revoked.
- You will receive a notification from Lemon Squeezy once the transaction is complete.
After the 7-Day Period
All sales are final after 7 days. As a digital service with high initial server and AI API costs, we cannot offer refunds once the 7-day satisfaction window has closed. However, if you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them immediately.
