7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to have a meaningful experience with DeepRamadhan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
  • You provide the order number or the email used for the transaction.
  • The account has not been flagged for violations of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Since Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, you can request a refund either through their support or by contacting us directly:

  1. Email us at akhi@deepramadhan.app with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your order number (provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
  3. Once verified, we will trigger the refund through the Lemon Squeezy platform.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is initiated:

  • The funds are returned to the original payment method used.
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Your license access to DeepRamadhan will be automatically revoked.
  • You will receive a notification from Lemon Squeezy once the transaction is complete.

After the 7-Day Period

All sales are final after 7 days. As a digital service with high initial server and AI API costs, we cannot offer refunds once the 7-day satisfaction window has closed. However, if you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them immediately.
